Reiko Reynolds was welcomed as a new member of the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Gold Coast Inc. at their New Year's party on January 20th, held at Lakelands Golf Club. 이혼 후 상속된 재산의 분배
이혼 후에 전 배우자에게 재산이 상속된 경우, 이 상속재산에 대한 재산분할청구가 가능할까요? 일반적으로, 이혼 후 일방에게 상속된 재산이 이혼재산 분할시 전체 재산 목록에서 제외될 것이라고 생각됩니다. 하지만 실제로 재산을 분할함에 있어 법원은 결혼 전, 결혼 중, 이혼 후 발생된 모든 재산 및 양쪽 상대방의 기여도 (금전적 및 비금전적 모두 포함)를 고려해야만 합니다.

이혼시의 재산 분할 - 내 집 마련에 부모로부터 경제적 도움을 받은 경우
결혼 후 집을 구입할 때 부모로부터 금전 지원을 받는 경우가 많습니다. 그런데 혼인 관계가 파탄에 이르러 재산을 분할하게 되었을 때, 부모로부터 받은 자금은 법원에서 어떻게 취급될까요? 일정한 조건에 따라 상환 의무가 있음을 명시한 대출 계약서나 담보 증서, 또는 이 자금이 ‘빌려 주는’ 돈임을 확인하는 당사자간의 대화 기록 등 어떤 증거라도 있는 경우, 부모로부터 받은 자금은 대출로 간주됩니다.
