Pro Bono Services

At H & H Lawyers, we believe in a fairer society. Since establishing our formal Pro Bono practice in 2011, we have made pro bono work an integral part of our practice. We provide legal services at no cost, or at significantly reduced rates, to individuals and organisations who could not otherwise afford representation, helping improve access to justice for disadvantaged and marginalised members of the community and supporting not-for-profit organisations that serve the public interest. Our multilingual capability and cross-cultural experience make us especially well placed to support those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, for whom language is often a barrier to justice. Our pro bono work aims to create positive social change, whether through supporting individuals or contributing to broader systemic reform. We help people overcome barriers to enforcing their legal rights, support organisations working to improve lives, and collaborate with communities and institutions to help create a fairer, more accessible legal system that better serves everyone.
