Shaun McGushin
Shaun McGushin has over 35 years’ experience as a corporate/finance/transactional lawyer and advisor. Shaun was a partner at Freehills (now Herbert Smith Freehills) and at Corrs Chambers Westgarth and is a director at Ash Street Partners. Shaun is an expert in projects, infrastructure, PPPs, and domestic and international finance and has extensive experience in these areas and a range of corporate transactions. Shaun has a reputation for getting large transactions off the ground and is a front-line strategist for clients. Shaun has worked with corporates, financial institutions, investment banks and advisors, sponsors, consortiums, government bodies and equity both domestically and internationally.
