Dr Justin Hong

Dr Hong is the Chief Operating Officer of H & H Lawyers, overseeing all aspects of the firm’s operations and driving strategic growth and efficiency. With a decade of experience at H & H Lawyers, he has played a pivotal role in optimising internal processes, implementing advanced business systems, and enhancing client-focused legal services. His leadership has been instrumental in building a more structured and efficient operational framework, ensuring the firm’s continued success. Before joining H & H Lawyers, Dr Hong served as Principal Research Engineer at SPL Life Sciences in Korea, where he led teams of experts in research and development (R&D), project management, and organisational strategy. His experience managing high-performing professional teams and developing streamlined operational systems has been a key asset throughout his career. Dr Hong was awarded a PhD from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in 2013 for his interdisciplinary research in cell mechanics and microfluidics. Prior to his doctorate, he earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Ajou University in 2006 and 2008, respectively. His academic background in engineering and advanced research has provided him with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which have been instrumental in his corporate leadership and operational strategies.
