H & H Lawyers Hosts Australian Employment Law Seminar for Japanese Corporate Clients

20 August 2026

On 30 July, we hosted an “Australian Employment Law Seminar” at the H&H Lawyers Sydney Office.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who attended the seminar.

During the seminar, we discussed a range of important recent developments in Australian employment law, including flexible work arrangements (including working from home), psychosocial hazards, responding to workplace bullying and harassment, the Payday Super, proposed reforms concerning non-compete clauses in an employment contract, and the criminalisation of wage theft. We also provided practical guidance on these issues and their implications for employers’ human resources and workplace management.

We were grateful for the many questions and comments from participants, which provided us with a valuable opportunity to appreciate once again the strong level of interest in Australian employment law.

At H&H Lawyers, we will continue to provide corporate clients with practical and up-to-date legal information through seminars and other forms of legal information sharing.

Once again, we would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone who attended the seminar. We look forward to seeing you again at our future seminars.
