Katherine Guilfoyle is a Senior Associate in our family law practice.
Katherine has close to a decade of experience practising in family law and advises clients on a broad range of matters, including parenting arrangements, property settlements, spousal maintenance and related disputes. She acts for clients in both negotiated outcomes and contested proceedings.
Katherine is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She is also a nationally accredited mediator, which supports her focus on achieving practical and cost-effective resolutions where appropriate, while providing clear and strategic advice in litigation matters.
Katherine holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and completed her law degree in 2015. Her academic background contributes to her analytical and methodical approach to complex family law matters.
