International Legal Affairs Department of Republic of Korea appoints Oka(Bella) Cho as a legal advisor to the International Legal Advisory Division
In August 2023, the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Korea established the International Legal Affairs Department to support Korean government agencies and companies in their international litigation and arbitration matters. Within the Department, the International Legal Advisory Division has been created to provide legal advice to small and medium-sized enterprises, including start-ups seeking to expand overseas with particular interests in international trade, investment, intellectual property rights, and disputes. Our Korean qualified lawyer Oka(Bella) Cho has been appointed as a legal advisor to the International Legal Advisory Division based on her extensive and diverse experience, ranging from reviewing and advising on international trade contracts to representing clients in dispute matters.
