Ju-Hwan Hwang is a Korean attorney who brings over 20 years of litigation experience across civil, criminal, and family law matters. He has extensive expertise in handling legal issues faced by overseas Koreans, including inheritance disputes, asset disposal and repatriation in Korea, as well as foreign direct investment (FDI) into Korea and outbound direct investment (ODI) by Korean nationals. He is a certified specialist in family and real estate law by the Korean Bar Association and has served as President of the Busan Bar Association and Vice President of the Korean Bar Association. Mr Hwang has also acted as legal advisor to numerous domestic and international corporations. Mr Hwang has joined H & H Lawyers as a Senior Consultant, contributing to legal consultancy and strengthening international cooperation between Korea, Australia, and the Asia-Pacific region.
